Shipping & Returns
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders will ship from our studio in northern NSW within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email on the same day that we ship your order. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within Australia, and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method and the destination country. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently cannot ship orders over the weekend.
HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
IF ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIP SEPARATELY, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS?
No, you will not incur any additional shipping costs and will only be charged the amount you were quoted during the checkout process.
WHAT IS TRAM’S RETURN POLICY?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. If your order is faulty or damaged on arrival at your shipping address, please photograph the damage immediately and email us as soon as possible with details of the fault/damage, and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
IF I MAIL A RETURN, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges, excluding shipping costs, will be credited to the original method of payment in approximately 1-3 business days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive a notification email letting you know when your package has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number which you can use online to track your own package. If you are having issues tracking your package, please let us know at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to help.
